The health, safety and wellbeing of our people is very important to us at Turners Automotive Group. Our goal is that all our people go home safe to their families every day. We have a lot of initiatives in place to support our goal.
We measure our success through our Health and Wellbeing Dashboard (feedback directly from our people). We are very proud of our result which sits in the top 5% of Consumer organisations globally. Across 700 employees we are averaging 9.2 out of 10 to the question ‘Employee Health & Wellbeing is a priority at Turners’.
