Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) is a key area of focus for us at Turners Automotive Group.  We have a D&I Committee with representation across the business and have agreed key actions.

Our D&I Purpose is to help our people realise their potential by fostering a culture where everyone feels they belong and can be their true self at work.

Our team of 700 people encompasses different ethnicities, gender, age, experiences and ways of thinking. We firmly believe this diversity adds value to our business, leads to better decision making and contributes to our collective success. We actively promote an inclusive environment where individuals are valued, respected and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. We strive to create a safe space where everyone feels heard, appreciated and included.  We measure our success through our D&I dashboard (feedback directly from our people).  We are very proud of our results which sit in the top 5% of consumer organisations globally.  We are averaging 9.4 out of 10 to the question ‘I am satisfied with Turners’ efforts to support diversity & inclusion’.
