At Turners Automotive Group, we love to provide our people with opportunities to further develop skills they can apply to their professional and personal lives.  These opportunities are not spoon-fed to people….they need to demonstrate an appetite and attitude for it.

We have a variety of programmes available to our people to support their learning and development journeys.

Leadership capability is a key area of focus for us.  We have numerous opportunities for leadership development for our people as outlined in the programs we offer below.

 

We measure our success through our Growth driver in our employee survey.  We are very proud of our result which sits in the top 5% of consumer organisations globally.  Across 700 employees we are averaging 9.3 out of 10 to the question ‘Either my manager or a mentor encourages and supports my development’.
